COVID-19 Safe Event

The Conference will follow all COVID-19 guidelines and processes set by the current Public Health Directions to ensure the event is delivered in a COVID-19 Safe Manner.

To manage the risk of COVID-19 all onsite attendees are required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a medical exemption.

If you will NOT be fully vaccinated (or have an exemption) by the time of the conference, you are encouraged to attend the event online.

All attendees, staff and/or sponsors must check-in at the event using their respective State/Territory App. If you do not already have them on your phone you can download them below. If you do not have a mobile phone you will be asked to manually sign in upon arrival.

The 2022 IIBA Festival of Business Analysis will follow all COVID-19 guidelines and regulations set by the respective State & Territory Governments to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Attendees MUST NOT attend the Festival in person if they have any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue
  • Shortness of breath

You must also not attend the Festival  if you have:

  • Returned from overseas in the last 14 days
  • Have travelled from a declared COVID-19 hotspot
  • Have been in contact with anyone who has been asked to isolate or has been diagnosed with COVID-19

If you are registered to attend the Festival in person and are experiencing any of the above symptoms or can no longer attend please email mail@conferencedesign.com.au to discuss transferring your registration to online registration.

If you become unwell during the Festival please notify the Conference Design staff and remove yourself from the session rooms.  The Conference Design staff will liaise with the venue staff in isolating you and seeking medical assistance.

Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue, however, it is your own responsibility to manage your own personal hygiene to stop the spread of germs!

Venues and Conference Design staff will be monitoring social distancing throughout the event and we appreciate your assistance in following floor markings and directions.
