Presentation: Stepping Up into Strategic Leadership

Many Business Analysts start as a Junior Business Analyst and progress in their career and grow into BA – Senior BA – Lead BA roles, etc.. As they progress they get given more important projects and/or programs to handle all the BA tasks and deliverables in a more complex environment. The question to ask is how can BAs progress beyond projects; into leadership? What is it that management looks for in individuals before promoting them into senior leadership roles and/or strategic leadership roles?

Lets have a look at what our profession teaches us and how we can use those skills and qualities that can take us further into strategic leadership roles.
