Biography
Damian is a passionate advocate for business analysis professional mastery. He has spent over 20 years working with individuals and enterprises to build effective business analysis capability. Over this time, Damian has observed many different capability uplift approaches and seen which ones deliver the best results. Damian is a Past President of IIBA Australia and is currently responsible for business analysis capability at Toll Group.

Requirements seem so agreeable at first. It is only when you try to pick one up that you discover their true troublesome nature. They wriggle and squirm to evade capture. They fight with each other. They hide, only to leap out and surprise you later.
