Darian is an experienced business analysis professional with over 15 years’ experience. He has held a number of key roles including the Transition to Operations Manager for the statewide integrated Electronic Medical Record (iEMR) program within eHealth Queensland and is currently the Director leading and managing eHealth Queensland’s Delivery Services Branch Program Management Office. From 2016 to 2022, Darian successfully established and led the eHealth Queensland Business Analysis Practice which (jointly) won the inaugural Business Analysis Practice of the Year 2022 award.

Darian is currently also serving as the Education and Certification coordinator for the Brisbane IIBA Branch and is passionate about promoting the important, yet often understated, role of business analysis and ensuring that professionals performing business analysis have the right learning and development pathways to enable them to develop and perfect their skills.
