Presentation: Business Analyst – the Jolly Joker of the team
As an Agile coach I have worked with dozens of delivery teams. And what I have found is that the Business Analysts have a very special role in the team. If the team is a deck of cards, then the BA is the Jolly Joker. They have a broad set of skills and can step into almost any role. They can be great Scrum masters, they can help out when the Product owner is not around and they are also terrific testers.
