Biography
Gabor is an experienced Agile Coach and Delivery Lead, specialising in delivering transformational programs and guiding teams to adopt agile practices. He has a proven track record of creating high performance teams, integrating agile values into the work culture – leading to faster end-to-end delivery of mission critical projects. A servant leader committed to producing self-managing collaborative teams, Gabor is also an international speaker and certified coach and facilitator.

Gabor has been running the Agile Business Analyst and Product Owner meetup since 2017. In the monthly, community-focused meetups he talked to hundreds of business analysts and collected his findings into one presentation about the most frequently asked questions. Questions about how to get into a BA role, what do BAs do in their day-to-day job and what are the opportunities for business analysts to step up in their career.
