Jill’s career in tech recruitment spans over 23 years. She started recruiting in London, working for large agency brand including Harvey Nash and Adecco. She was responsible for leading large teams, delivering contract staffing solutions across the UK and Europe.
In 2003, Jill emigrated to Sydney. After a short stint at Hays PLC, she founded Precision Sourcing, Australia’s leading tech and data recruitment experts. At Precision Sourcing, we leverage unique, collaborative events, technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics and social media alongside the traditional recruitment craft to identify and seduce dormant talent that others are unable to reach. Over the last 16 years Jill has organically grown the business to 25 consultants across Australia and New Zealand, supporting businesses to recruit experts within Project Services, Data, SAP & JavaScript.
Whilst leading Precision Sourcing, Jill has also enjoyed remaining hands on in recruitment. She specializes in business analysis and has successfully placed over 350 business analysts.
