Presentation: Business Analysts delivering value to organisational design and development initiatives.
The changes we are all facing in how we operate in the current market mean that all aspects of organisations need to align initiatives and strategies to deliver agility, sustainability and value.
How do we as Business Analysts provide value with our contributions to the initiatives and strategies that are being driven by the current market trends?
This has been a topic I have been working on for a few months, it started from a comment I picked up in a workshop with professionals who specialise in Organisational Design and Development.
I began to evaluate the in-demand skills that are being sought for BAs in the current market and how this relates to the threads for professional forums.
As I progressed with my research, I picked up that there is a refocus on ensuring that all strategies and initiatives should deliver agility, sustainability and value to the organisation’s internal and external customers.
This session will give insights into the following key elements:
- Highlighting the value that organisational design and development initiatives can leverage from Business Analysts.
- Key focus areas from other professional forums e.g. AHRI and AITD
- An overview of some of the key professional development strategies BA’s can use to support these initiatives.
