Sustainable Project Management practice leader | PM Partners

I have a long history of living, learning, and working with sustainability initiatives, having grown up in Montana (USA) near Yellowstone Park, where the community expects environmental protections to be prioritised ahead of economic development.

Since immigrating to Australia, I’ve worked in vocational education and taught regenerative grazing practices in arid climates. I consulted on social responsibility and finance industry ethics in the aftermath of the Banking Royal Commission. I’m also an experienced corporate trainer, instructor and facilitator, and now practice lead in Sustainable Project Management with PM-Partners.

I completed my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Macquarie University, where I researched the motivations of individuals to work in project teams. It highlighted the importance of team diversity and leadership morality as two aspects of social equity in sustainability.
