Biography

I am a CBAP, Six Sigma Black Belt and OMG Certified expert in BPM™ 2 with a Master of Information Systems degree from The University of Melbourne. I have extensive process analysis, design and implementation experiences in Non-For-Profit and Higher Education sectors. I firmly believe in the power of processes and I am excited to share my insights, lessons and experiences with you.

WFH has accelerated the digitalisation of processes. However, paperless doesn’t necessarily guarantee efficiency. By using a recent initiative as an example, I will illustrate how a simple methodology, rapid prototyping and close collaboration ensure interest, engagement, and satisfaction from business stakeholders and a better outcome for the organisation.
