Presentation: Process is at the Centre of the Universe
For business analysts, process is more than a workflow—it’s the anchor point that aligns requirements, technology, data, and people to deliver value. In this session, you’ll learn how adopting a process-centric approach transforms business analysis by ensuring a business context. Drawing on real-world programs across many industries, this session will demonstrate how process provides the structure needed to navigate complexity, identify gaps and support smarter decision-making. Attendees will gain practical insights into how business analysts can lead with process thinking—positioning themselves at the centre of transformation and becoming true value enablers in their organisations.
