Sam is a Certified Scrum Trainer, helping inspire future agilists across Australia and Asia with Grow Your Agility. He previously worked for the Commonwealth Bank in Australia, as their Global Head of Agile.
In the community Sam is involved in skilled volunteering with Not For Profits, looking at how they can use the Agile mindset and scrum practices to improve how they run their operations. Outside of work, Sam is a lifelong Chelsea supporter, a mirror twin and a loving husband, father and friend to his family.

Sam takes this theme and creates his 12 Dumb Ways to die with Agile. These are Sam’s tips to promote safety with agile, things to avoid and to prevent agile dying in your organisation.
As well as sharing his safety warnings, he provided suggested solutions to each of the 12 dumb ways to die with agile.
You can expect a fun and engaging session and leave with tools to identify and avoid Anti-Patterns in your own organisation/projects.
