In my role as the Chair, I bring in my obsession to grow and recognise the business analysis profession as the key enabler of business change and transformation, while also the compulsive commitment to uplift business analysis professionals to be exceptional leaders leading inclusively with empathy and courage.
I joined Sydney Branch in 2016 as a volunteer for Operations. Since then, I have served the branch in various roles, including Workforce Lead, Operations Manager and Treasurer. It was my immense pleasure to be the BA Mentor for inaugural Australia’s first IIBA BA Mentoring programme. I have gained tremendous growth and strength through the experience and have continued to BA Mentor mentoring aspiring business analysts in subsequent rollouts of the programme.
It’s an absolute honour and privilege to serve the branch and the community as the Chair, nurturing volunteers to develop and grow personally and professionally while also and supporting the branch in the delivery of value driven community engagements.
