One standout example of her work is designing future state Health Sector Agreement and Payment capability for Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, Yvonne led analysis and design teams to develop comprehensive business and service capability blueprints to guide the build, configuration, and implementation of new technology.  This work also established integrated business knowledge management capability to clarify what is happening ‘under the hood’ and enable business assurance to run, and agility to change, their digitally transformed business quickly and with confidence.
