Presentation: Why Building Relationships is so Important for BAs
What separates a good Business Analyst from one who truly makes a difference? It’s not just the quality of their analysis—it’s their ability to build trust, influence people and turn conversations into meaningful change. This session challenges the way we think about relationship building in business analysis and explores why it is the foundation of our ability to deliver real business value. Discover why the most powerful tool in a BA’s toolkit may not be a technique or framework, but the relationships that bring our analysis to life.
Through practical insights into the human side of business analysis, this session will challenge you to rethink relationship building—not as a soft skill or an optional extra, but as a core capability underpinning every successful BA engagement. Because the quality of our relationships can determine the quality of our outcomes.
