Carmi Louw is the BA and Change Practice Manager at Fletcher Building, where she leads practice capability across business analysis and change management. Over the past year, she has spearheaded the rollout and enablement of Gemini Enterprise, establishing an internal community of practice to explore and share practical AI use cases. With a career spanning senior business analysis, scaled agile delivery, and change leadership, Carmi brings a grounded, human-centred perspective to how generative AI augments – rather than replaces – the critical thinking, discovery, and problem-solving skills at the heart of the BA role.
