My name is Iryna Sizikova. I have 18 years of experience in healthcare and software development, working both in Europe and the US and marketing medical products in over 120 countries. I hold international certifications including PMP (Project Manager Professional), PSPO II (Professional Scrum Product Owner), CC (Cybersecurity Certification) and I am currently pursuing CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification. My professional focus lies in developing and enhancing R&D processes, aligning them with industry standards, and scaling a unified approach to planning, design, and development across more than 40 Agile teams within the organization. In my current role as the Chapter Lead of the Business Analysis and Documentation, I develop and promote strategies that simplify regulatory compliance and accelerate time to market for medical devices through effective business analysis.
