Iurii Gomon
Iurii Gomon is a Senior Business Analyst with over 13 years of experience in IT, Agile, and Process perspectives of business analysis. During his career, Iurii conducted over 500 projects of different sizes and worked in multiple domains, often switching between them. Iurii spends numerous hours learning new businesses and excelling in them. At FOBA 2026, Iurii will share lessons learned and what he taught over 100 talented BAs in his previous role as Head of the Business Analysis Department. Currently, Iurii dives deep into the new, complex domain of Industrial Insurance, and will happily share new lessons learned, along with revised ones, from professional “trenches”.

Business Analysts face a recurring challenge: entering unfamiliar domains under tight timelines while maintaining work quality. Every time, it is a significant burden that prevents business analysts from being their best selves.
