Kiran is a Lead Business Analyst at Westpac with 20+ years of experience across banking, auto finance, telecommunications, insurance and financial crime in India, Australia and the United Kingdom. She has contributed to complex regulatory, compliance, digital transformation and operational risk initiatives.
A passionate advocate for the Business Analysis profession, Kiran is the founder of The BA Gym, a growing global learning community dedicated to building stronger, future-ready Business Analysts through practical insights, mentoring, knowledge sharing and collaborative learning.
An active speaker at international BA events, she has five speaking engagements across global professional and academic communities within just these two weeks, sharing insights on business analysis, career development, leadership and the evolving role of BAs in an AI-driven world.
As an IIBA study group facilitator for BABOK and Product Ownership Analysis (POA), she actively mentors aspiring, transitioning and experienced BAs, helping them strengthen their foundations, develop strategic thinking and grow in confidence.
