Keynote: The Shape You Didn’t Plan: The Career Skills for the Business Analysis Professional Who Refuses to Stand Still. From T-Shaped to Pi-Shaped to Broken Comb
We were told to go deep in one area and broad across the rest. Then deeper in two. But the most impactful BAs have an uneven, evolving profile — some competencies tall, some short, some deliberately missing. And that’s not a weakness. It’s evolution and growth.
In this closing keynote, we’ll weave together the day’s insights to challenge you to rethink the shape of your professional identity. When you stop chasing symmetry and start investing with intent, you move from adapting reactively to accelerating on purpose. It’s time to stop perfecting a shape someone else designed and start building the one the world actually needs.
