Adam has founded multiple businesses, including ThunderLabs (Australia’s most purpose-led cloud computing consultancy) and Conscious Step (the sock brand that has raised more than $1 million for charity). He’s also led Step Change (marketing strategy firm) and Smarter Drafter (AI for the legal sector). When not building businesses, Adam can be found advising on strategy for the likes of Humanitix, the Equality Institute and Commonwealth Bank, or speaking at events like the World Economic Forum.
