Alex is a seasoned strategy practitioner who empowers businesses to set ambitious goals—and achieve them. She is passionate about demystifying strategy, believing that people at all levels and in all roles have a part to play in shaping strategic direction. Whether through the projects they lead, the targets they set, or the everyday operational decisions they make, everyone contributes to bringing strategy to life.
Alex began her career in management consulting, where she developed a strong analytical foundation and collaborated closely with business analysts on complex transformation initiatives. She sees a natural relationship between strategy and business analysis—both disciplines revolve around asking the right questions, making informed choices, and solving tough problems creatively.
Her experience spans government agencies, insurance providers, agri-businesses, and logistics companies. Currently, Alex leads strategy design at NZ Post, helping leaders align around shared goals and navigate a rapidly evolving environment.
