The research is in, and we have data from 400+ teams on what works and what doesn’t when it comes to agile analysis. We will share what successful teams are doing, how BAs are used on successful teams and what techniques and activities BAs use are making a real difference in getting results!

This session will share the results of a research project done on how analysis practices impact agile teams and the success the teams report.

We will look at what the common anti-patterns are on agile teams that stifle analysis, and we will look at what teams that are getting great results are doing from a customer, product and analysis perspective!
