Biju is a well-known business analysis practitioner, consultant, and corporate trainer for the past 9 years and have conducted more than 300+ corporate trainings, trained 2500+ participants and have helped hundreds pass IIBA CBAP, CCBA, AAC and ECBA examinations. Biju heads SkillCert Consultancy Private Ltd an IIBA EEP for the past 8 years as Director and Chief operating officer.

Biju has 27 years of experience working with large corporates like Idea cellular, GMAC Financial services, Tata Motors and Tata Capital on a wide variety of roles including large digital transformation projects.

Biju has designed and developed multiple certification and competency building programs for individuals and corporates in requirements engineering, business analysis, agile analysis, requirements management, business process management, BPMN, Cyber security, product owner analysis and cyber security. Biju has been part of many IIBA voluntary activities.

Biju did his MBA in Finance, followed by Post graduate diploma in financial market practice and PGSCM from IIM Kozhikode. He is CBAP, AAC, CPRE, Lean Six sigma and CFP^CM, certification holder.
