Experienced leader with expertise across multiple industry sectors, including commercial and Non-For-Profit (NFP) organizations. Proven ability to build and lead large teams, navigate complex challenges, and drive successful outcomes through strategic leadership and multidisciplinary delivery proficiencies.
Briana is the Business Architect and Business Analysis and Business Process Practice Lead at TransGrid. Previously Briana has held significant roles in major financial institutions and corporations. As a Senior Consultant at ASX and CBA, she was deeply involved in regulatory trust restoration and shaping the Strategy-to-Execution landscape of Australia. In her role as Practice Lead at Toyota Finance Australia, she oversaw a capability uplift in delivery competencies and managed transformational change initiatives, including legacy system replacements and the introduction of new Ways of Working.
Briana has been involved with IIBA® and IIBA® Australia Chapter for over 15 years. She was an Australian Chapter President for 4 years. She is serving as a Past President on the National Board. Briana is a Director of the Institute for Management Consulting (IMC).
Briana’s leadership style is characterized by her high energy levels and emphasis on building effective teams. The horse cart is slow, the seats are uncomfortable and not leather, there are no coffee cup holders…. In other words, the capabilities and the features are substandard and not meeting the customer expectations. This is bad!
