Workshop: The capabilities top BAs need for digital transformation
This interactive session for BAs is based the SFIA 9 / IIBA / BABOK BA competency sets. A self assessment for BAs has been developed by Dr Lizzie Valentine to provide an overview of competency clusters required for BAs to add value in digital transformations. This workshop will explore:
- The differences between capability and competency and how BAs can use capability and competency analysis during digital, data and IT transformation.
- Results of the live data from the self assessments
- What is the data telling us about BA capability and competency development? Where are there significant gaps? What can you do about filling these gaps?
- How can BAs use capability and competency analysis when supporting transformation proposal development?
