Gareth is a passionate executive with 20+ years of delivery experience leading teams across a range of delivery disciplines at some of Australia’s most iconic companies including Deloitte, AMP and Telstra before becoming the General Manager, Practice Area Lead for Group Delivery Practices at Commonwealth Bank. Building a broad portfolio of experiences through client-facing consultancy and internal leadership roles, Gareth has had the opportunity to design and execute some of Australia’s largest corporate transformations, leading high-performing cross-functional teams delivering through traditional and new ways of working methodologies.
