Gianluca is breaking into the world of Business Analysis in a junior role whilst he finishes off his undergraduate degree of Information Systems at QUT. Gianluca has an acute interest in Business Process Mapping, Requirements Elicitation, and Business Process Improvement. Introduced to the world of Business Analysis through university, it has engaged him keenly due to the everchanging nature of the profession. Gianluca has enjoyed his time as a Junior Business Analyst at JBS as it has empowered him to use his curiosity and eagerness to drive continuous improvement for core business applications. Finally, Gianluca believes continual learning, communication, and curiosity are key attributes to drive great business analysis to assist with wanted organisational needs.
