James is an experienced Business Analyst professional with a strong focus and interest in process mapping, optimisation, change adoption, training, communications, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation. His industry experience spans mining, finance, health, insurance and government agencies. He has been involved with implementing enterprise-wide solutions including intranets, portals, workflow and form design and large document migrations.

James has experience providing technical and stakeholder analysis to organisational transformation projects. He has also worked as a Project Manager in some of Australia’s largest resource companies, reporting to C-level stakeholders on project schedules and outcomes.
