Krishan has a passion for approaching architecture in a human-centred way and helps executives design businesses that are informed by the needs of its external customers and internal stakeholders. His priority is to deliver outputs and outcomes that business users can derive enduring value from rather than static models that quickly become stale. Krishan’s extensive experience in whole-of-government business architecture programs means that he understands how to design organisations with tight process integration and seamless information flow across business operations. Krishan is proficient at both executive advisory at a strategic level and detailed architecture modelling. He can take business capabilities and value chain maps beyond abstract concepts and bring them to life through organisation design and workforce planning, semantic information modelling, technology solution architecture and process mapping.

In this presentation, Krishan aims to demystify Business Architecture concepts using case studies to demonstrate its practical application.
