In addition to his consulting experience, Krishan was previously the Director of Strategy and Architecture at the Australian Commonwealth Treasury. Krishan has delivered business architecture outcomes across multiple domains including government policy, regulatory compliance, utilities, digital transformation, education, banking, not-for-profit, commercial property development, and agri-business. Most recently, Krishan is leading a team of business architects to implement and operationalise a new Australian government data security policy to regulate technology providers. Krishan has a passion for approaching architecture in a human-centred way and helps executives design businesses that are informed by the needs of its external customers and internal stakeholders. His priority is to deliver outputs and outcomes that business users can derive enduring value from rather than static models that quickly become stale.
