Luigi Bini
Luigi is an experienced program manager, enterprise business analyst, development lead and more recently digital transformation lead. Approaching 2 decades of experience in IT systems development, custom software development and digital transformations, he focuses on maximising the customer experience to the point of being customer-obsessed.
He has a passion for agile digital product development and digital transformation and enjoys maximising the efficiency of self-organising teams so that they are free to get on with “solving the problem.”
Luigi is a certified SCRUM MASTER and CBAP with a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws and a Bachelor of Information Systems.
He has been an IIBA member since 2008, and a member of the Australia Chapter board since 2021, and was previously the Major Events Director responsible for the IIBA Festival of Business Analysis (FoBA). FoBA is now the biggest business analysis centred conference in the world.
