Luigi is an experienced project manager, enterprise business analyst, and development lead. Approaching 2 decades of experience in IT systems development and implementation he focuses on maximising the customer experience to the point of being customer-obsessed.
He has a passion for agile digital product development and enjoys maximising the efficiency of self-organising teams so that they are free to get on with “solving the problem.”
Luigi is a certified SCRUM MASTER and CBAP with a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws and a Bachelor of Information Systems. He is currently the Major Events Director on the IIBA Australia Chapter Board and is responsible for the newly minted Festival of Business Analysis.
