Biography
Malini is a strategic engagement and innovation specialist. She has received 5 Global Excellence Awards from the Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute and has been featured in their global list of top Business Relationship Managers in 2020 and 2019. She is also the recipient of a highly commended Service Excellence Award from the Department of Health and Human Services (Victoria, Australia). She is regularly invited to speak at conferences and professional forums in Australia and overseas. Her talk titled “Walk Fast, Walk Far” has been described as “the most impactful presentation” at BRMConnect conference, Sydney. In her spare time she indulges in her passion for teaching authentic Indian cooking and sharing stories from her heritage. Her writing has been featured in Lonely Planet publications.
