Presentation: Real – mastering soft skills to nail your assignment
The objective of my talk, reflecting from a clients perspective – will look at practical examples and ways to address the following:
• Why is it important as a BA to “know thyself”
• Understand the lay of the land – where do I fit in as a BA?
• Explain a number of soft skills and how I have noticed them being used effectively to address tricky situations
o Introducing the concept of “do you want to be right, or do you want a relationship?
• How soft skills help you serve the needs of your client
My goal is to be thought provoking, challenging BA’s to think about what motivates them and to inspire them to focus on developing a range of soft skills to support career progression.
