Michelle has 15+ years of experience working within the tertiary education sector, strategic implementation, and education management. She offers a unique breadth of experience, having developed high-level strategies, and designed and developed workforce and education development solutions. Michelle is an experienced practitioner in developing multi-modal education models, qualifications, industry training, programme design, development, and delivery.

Michelle’s extensive tertiary and vocational education experience spans the public and private sectors, including industry, universities, polytechnics, industry training organisations, and private training establishments. Her dedicated focus is on designing enterprise solutions that deliver tangible, practical results and impact organisational and business performance.

Recent work includes research, evaluation, design, and delivery projects across the APAC region. Michelle’s current research focuses on human capability – potential and performance for the future of work.

Michelle co-designed and heads Skills Dx – Skills Group’s global diagnostic and development service. Skills Dx connects consulting, capability, assessments, training, coaching, and credentialing solutions with a globally recognised team of expert consultants and coaches.  Skills Dx provides solutions for clients across the United States, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
