Presentation: Functional & Non-Functional Business Requirements – are they really that clear cut?
Business Analysts are required to produce both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements within projects. This can be a challenge because the demarcation between FR and NFR ‘s is often blurred and subject to debate. This interactive presentation analyses some of these challenges in clearly categorizing a Business Requirement as a FR or NFR. A case study will also be presented which specifically looked at WCAG 2.0 requirements to include clients with special needs.
