Khomar is a seasoned transformation analyst and Agile practitioner with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale change in the telecommunications sector. At Telekom Malaysia, he currently serves as a Value Management Specialist, ensuring digital transformation efforts translate into measurable business impact.
As a doctoral candidate, his research produced the Adaptive Agile Maturity (AdAM) Framework — a diagnostic lens designed for organisations grappling with legacy systems, uneven adoption, and fragmented value delivery. Khomar is also an active industry speaker, having presented at Agile Day Malaysia, Agile Tour Bangkok and Agile Unconference Indonesia.
