Liza Laya
Liza Laya is a Melbourne-based leader with 25 years of global experience in technology, business analysis, and transformation. As Head of Transformation Delivery at the Building & Plumbing Commission (formerly the Victorian Building Authority), she leads enterprise-wide service, process, and digital reforms. She holds multiple industry certifications, including CBAP®, CPRE, and SAFe 6 Agilist, and holds a Computer Science degree and MBA. A former Chair of the IIBA Melbourne Branch and recipient of the 2023 IIBA BA Practice of the Year award, Liza remains an active contributor to our BA community.
