Niall is known for curating and presenting TEDX Conferences, facilitating workshops on Communication & Change and delivering training in all areas of change and collaboration. He has coached many TEDx speakers through speaker development programs to help craft messages and enhance delivery, and helped generate millions of views!
Conference keynote engagements include Mindset: Challenge Vs Struggle, Compassion & Performance and Communicating for Influence.
Niall has had an interesting career to date including roles such as Magazine Editor, Recruiter, Business Owner, Copywriter, Exec Coach and TEDx Curator. Most recently he has become certified as a Change Practitioner, and enjoys working with projects with major organisational change impacts.
