With over 18 years of experience in Technology, she works on uplifting colleague capability by fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
She has previously worked as a Chapter Lead for Quality and Test Engineering, Product Owner, consulting roles with Accenture and Capgemini, Business Analyst, Test Automation Engineer and as a Mainframe developer.
Outside of her BA Lead role, she is a mum of two boys and enjoys cooking and travelling.

Swati will be sharing her insights on the difference between growth and fixed mindsets and how a growth mindset benefits Business Analysts (BAs) and organisations. The presentation will also cover how to support a growth mindset by building a learning culture, including knowledge sharing opportunities in BA community and how ability and intelligence can be achieved through effort, through being adaptable, performing continuous learning and improvement to oneself.
In this constantly changing environment and with AI surrounding us, BAs with a growth mindset need to be resilient and are better equipped to succeed so how can we utilise opportunities to achieve this.
