With nearly 25 years of experience in senior digital, technology, and transformation roles across various industries across New Zealand and Canada, Tammy is Pāmu’s Chief Technology and Digital Officer focused on harnessing the power of technology, data, and automation to strengthen business performance and lead digital transformation from within.
Throughout her career, Tammy has held notable positions, including serving as NZ Post’s General Manager for Customer Solutions and managing IT and systems functions for various organizations such as Northpower, CityFitness Group, Ricoh Canada, Sun-Rype Products, and GoodLife Fitness Clubs.
She is passionate about understanding business requirements and ensuring maximum value for technology investments with an emphasis on user experience influenced by her training and early experience as a technology and systems business analyst. Beyond her work, Tammy actively contributes to the tech community, serving on the board of FarmIQ farm management software. She is also committed to supporting women in technology through mentorship programs.
Tammy’s leadership and influence in the local tech and business community were recognized when she received the ‘Women to Watch’ award from the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce in Canada.
