Presentation: How Chapters will amplify your organisations analytical capabilities

With the rapid change of modern work places and employee expectations. Organisations are continually faced with the challenge of balancing commercial interest with employee interests such as career and craft development.

As organisations across the world, embarked on transformational operating models. One model that has fascinated and enraptured audiences is Hendrik Kniberg’s ‘Spotify Model’.

Wei Hsiao will share how a company in little ole Aoteroa has adopted the concept of ‘Chapters’. He will share the trials and tribulations of adoption. As well as practical takeaway exercises and techniques that amplified the analysis capability of practitioners.

Most importantly he will tackle questions like ‘Were we able to reduce hierarchy?’ ‘Did craft actually improve?’ ‘What was the tangible outcome for the wider business in adopting chapters?’ ‘What was the perspective of practitioners?’
